APHC’s Quality Plumber Week, in Partnership with Installer, is a nationwide industry initiative that celebrates outstanding plumbing and heating professionals.

Quality Plumber Week is all about promoting the positive work happening in our industry, bringing people together and recognising great work.

Running from 05th October until the 11th October, The week will consist of a weeks’ worth of competitions, webinars, articles and the Quality Plumber Week Awards, all designed to help unite the industry and celebrate the achievements of installers who are commitment to high standards of professionalism and unrivalled levels of customer service.

The 2026 Quality Plumber Week Awards

The Quality Plumber Week Awards are a special part of the week where we recognise the dedication, skill and passion that plumbers and heating engineers bring to their work every day.

There are 7 awards up for grabs, each sponsored by a leading name in the plumbing industry, award prizes are worth a minimum of £250 per award donated by the sponsor alongside a glass trophy you can proudly display.

Whether you’re a hardworking sole trader, part of a dynamic team or know someone who consistently goes the extra mile, this is your chance to shine and get the recognition you deserve.

Nominations open on Monday 24th August and will remain open until Sunday 20th September. We invite everyone in the industry to take part – nominate yourself, your colleagues or someone you admire for the incredible work they do. Installers are also encouraged to ask homeowners and satisfied customers to nominate them, their positive feedback could make all the difference!

Winners will be revealed during a special awards morning where nominees and winners will be all be invited to collect their prizes.

This award honours individuals or businesses who are actively reducing their environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices in their day-to-day operations. Whether you are conserving water, reducing energy consumption, or minimising material waste, educating customers on sustainability or responsibly sourcing materials, this category celebrates those who are making a meaningful difference to the planet.

This award celebrates individuals or businesses who go above and beyond in their day-to-day work to make a positive and lasting difference in their local community. Whether through charitable work, supporting vulnerable groups, offering free services, or mentoring the next generation, this category honours those who use their skills and position to uplift others.

This award recognises individuals or businesses who demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous professional development. It honours those who prioritise upskilling, staying up to date with industry standards and creating a culture of learning within their workplace.

It’s designed to celebrate professionals who go the extra mile to deliver high-quality work, even when faced with complex or challenging situations.
