The Association of Plumbing & Heating Contractors (APHC) is partnering with Installer throughout 2023 to build on the success of previous years working together.
As part of this partnership for 2023, APHC and Installer will collaborate on a range of different events and activities throughout the year in a bid to further unite the industry and installers.
APHC will continue to support Installer events and will again be hosting two webinars during Installer’s #NetZeroFestival. The popular online events offer free webinars for heating, plumbing and renewables professionals looking to transition to low-carbon systems.
APHC will also be back supporting InstallerSHOW at the NEC Birmingham on 27-29 June. APHC will have their usual stand at the show where heating and plumbing professionals will have access to the latest installation guidance from their technical team.
As part of InstallerSHOW, APHC will be taking over the PLAZA for a portion of the second day as Installer will be hosting this year’s APHC incoming president’s event. This new event will see APHC hold a ceremony with canapes and drinks to welcome their new president on 28 June. All APHC members and supplier members are encouraged to join Installer and APHC for this event which is a great opportunity to network, find out more about APHC and celebrate the future of the Association. During InstallerSHOW APHC will also be hosting two talks as part of the InstallerSHOW Installer Training Theatre timetable.
Later on in the year, Installer will again be partnering with APHC on this year’s Quality Plumber Week. Quality Plumber Week was developed by APHC as a way to unite the industry and celebrate the important work of all plumbing and heating contractors. Last year, Quality Plumber Week was the biggest and most successful year which saw the introduction of the first Quality Plumber Week Awards. This year, Installer will be working with APHC in order to further expand the reach of QPW and develop the activity and awards.
